He has served as a senior advisor to three U.S. cabinet officials, including the Secretary of State, Secretary of Commerce, and the U.S. Trade Representative. A graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School and Brown University, he has written for the Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, and other outlets and received the 2019 Bracken-Bower Prize from the Financial Times.
